Wondering what the best tools for managing, maintaining, and inspiring your health goals and dreams are? Ever feel lost in your journey of discovering what’s the best way for you to move forward despite all the conflicting misinformation thrown at you daily through social media? Don’t worry, you’re not alone! That’s why we’ve gathered the top resource recommendations from our team in books, apps, movies, and websites. The PFC team of professionals aren’t “influencers”… they’re highly educated women dedicated to bettering the lives of everyone they meet through promoting healthy, sustainable wellness practices like exercising, whole food nutrition, and mental well-being. Let’s get into it, shall we? The following lists are the compilation of resources we love and touch on all subjects wellness-related!

BOOKS: These books were hand-selected due to their power to change the way we think and open our minds to seeing new challenges as opportunities to become the best version of who we are. Remember, even if you’re not an avid reader, you can always listen to books through your local library app (Libby) or services such as Kindle, etc.

APPS: These apps offer great opportunities to develop new habits and work towards your goals. Meditation is a big goal for many people, and some of these recommended apps can help you start that healthy habit with just 5-10 minutes a day.

MOVIES: These movies offer a new view on the everyday day life and habits of Americans. Open your mind and learn something new, these might be just the ticket to helping you find some extra motivation to stick to your long-term goals!

WEBSITES: These websites are great as reference points for common questions regarding exercise patterns and forms as well as what exercises you can perform to strengthen specific areas of the body.
